INVOICING

The system provides the option to create invoices in Forints, Euros, or other currencies.

There is also an optional possibility to create multilingual invoices!

The system supports "cancellation", "corrective" and "credit" invoices, and prepares them in accordance with the relevant legislation. The invoices show the net, VAT, and gross amounts for each item, and the number of copies is also indicated. It is possible to create copies. Due to EU accession, the system also includes the necessary net invoicing in foreign currencies! WinSzla also records payments, so the current outstanding receivables can always be retrieved.

Lists, summaries, reports:

CUSTOMER RECORDS PROGRAM:

It keeps records of all customer data of those who have come into contact with the company either as suppliers, buyers, or potential customers.

• separate billing and mailing address
• names of company managers and administrators, their mobile numbers

CASH REGISTER

WinSzla prepares cash receipt and cash disbursement vouchers, and keeps the cash book accordingly.

It maintains separate cash registers for Forint and Euro cash. The system can also be requested with a function for managing multiple cash registers!

Cash receipt and cash disbursement vouchers can be prepared immediately alongside a cash invoice or cancellation, but it is also possible to prepare such vouchers separately - for items not associated with an invoice.
